CED-IADR Summer School 2024
Advanced Course in Tissue Engineering & Imaging Techniques
July 8-12, 2024, Thessaloniki, Greece
The CED-IADR Summer School is a place for young researchers to learn and improve their laboratory research methods, to network with other young CED-IADR members, and to socialize with prominent scientists in the field.
The 2024 CED-IADR Summer School at the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry, School of Dentistry, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), Greece, will address a wide panel of aspects in tissue engineering and cutting-edge imaging techniques.

The programme will be accompanied by social events in beautiful Thessaloniki, the „bride“ of the Thermaic Gulf, at the northwest corner of the Aegean Sea, a World Heritage Site with the Byzantine architecture and long history.
The Work & Learn sessions include:
•3D printing: print your own do-it-yourself (DIY) chip
•Bioprinting of different cellular populations and bionks
•Organ-on-a chip: tissue engineering of dental tissues on-a-chip
•Histology/immuhistochemistry
•Confocal microscopy and microCT imaging

Register by sending your motivation letter, brief CV, copy of your ID-card, and proof of 2024 CED-IADR membership to ced.iadr@uzleuven.be until 31/03/2024.
Registration is free of charge, but limited to a maximum of 16 selected candidates (CED-IADR members only, and on „First come, first come“ principle).
Attendees should cover their own housing/travel expenses.
The CED-IADR office will inform the candidates by the end of April on their acceptance.
CED-IADR reserves the right to cancel the summer school in case of insufficient participation.
